Our client a renown CSP are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members responsible for the Corporate and Finance practice areas
- Focus mainly on areas of corporate & M&A, and general commercial support
- Assist in drafting of agreements, contracts, resolutions and any other legal document
- Review agreements and other legal documents and provide opinions thereon
- Provide legal opinions on points of law;
- Maintaining client relationship and risk management within the firm and coordination of clients
- Comply with periodic/ongoing AML requirements to identify, escalate, mitigate AML
- Ensure legal compliance is met with highest standards
- Answer legal queries and proposing solutions both internally and to the client
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional legal / professional services environment
- Proven ability to manage private clients within a multi-disciplinary context
- Proficiency in handling complex and challenging scenarios
Education & Experience
A recognized qualification at MQF level 6 in legal / law or related area
