Corporate Lawyer

€30,000 - €42,000  |  Malta

A Corporate Lawyer position is currently available within the financial services industry. 


  • Central point of contact for correspondence with clients, notaries, external advisors, banks, regulatory and governmental organizations and other relevant parties
  • Handling legal and corporate matters for their client companies together with the Legal Team such as incorporations, liquidations, annual meetings of shareholders, board meetings, share purchases etc. in close cooperation with the client, notaries, law firms and tax advisors
  • Drafting legal documents, minutes of board meetings, and agreements
  • Reviewing and assessing relevant legal documentation and advice from third parties
  • Maintaining the client portfolio in good standing and compliant with Maltese laws
  • Attending client meetings
  • Acting as manager or director of several client companies when required
  • Performing any other duties as may be requested for the smooth running of the company 

Education & Experience:

  • You must be a fully qualified Lawyer, recognised in Malta
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role locally is a must
  • Strong knowledge of corporate Law and local regulations


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Fluency in English & Maltese
