Senior Insurance Broker


Our client one of the largest brokers in Malta is looking to recruit Insurance Broker to their team.


  • Developing positive relationships with clients by keeping in contact
  • Understanding clients’ needs and identification of risk
  • Continuous reviewing of clients’ insurance programme
  • Liaising with the Claims Department to ensure that the clients’ insurance programme meets its purpose
  • Implementing any improvements deemed fit
  • Reviewing documentation to ascertain that cover is that agreed with insurance providers
  • Ensuring that renewals assigned are handled and renewed in due time
  • Issuing invoices and following up with debtors on a regular basis
  • Ensuring that all funds are accounted for as well as to comply with regulatory requirements

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in the field
  • Attend regular training sessions organised by the company
  • An ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly
  • Excellent administration duties and organisational skills
  • Remain updated on insurance market developments

Education & Experience

Studying or in the final stages of completing CII


  • Learning and training sponsorship
  • Reduced hours during Summer
