Senior Broker

Our client within the insurance sector is looking for Senior Brokers to join their team at various levels.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as an independent intermediary between the clients and insurance companies
• Assisting in choosing the right insurance cover, while ensuring their portfolios are serviced efficiently and to their highest benefit
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by building excellent relations with clients as well as insurance companies, thus maximising the Department’s brokerage and the company’s profitability. 
• Possessing a signing authority subject to the insurer's approval and internal procedures
• Servicing clients in an efficient and professional manner.
• Developing/ expanding the company’s client base and achieving targets and performance objectives set by the company.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• 2 years plus experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills both with the Maltese and English language
• Excellent communication and handling of customer complaints

Education & Experience

In the process of obtaining the CII qualification
