Technical Support


Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support Officer for a job opportunity in Malta.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day to day support to end users, track issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide network, desktop, server and system support
  • Provide support to the users remotely, via telephone or email, as well as onsite
  • Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum diploma level in Information Technology
  • Knowledge of basic technical support and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset

Desired Skills:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team
