Technical Support Specialist

€20,000 - €24,000  |  Malta

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist for a job opportunity in Malta. Being part of the Technical Support team your key responsibilities would include:

  • Will be the first point of contact for internal staff
  • Delivering day-to-day first and second line IT support services via phone, remote and email
  • Ensuring that all internal IT infrastructure operates efficiently
  • Provisioning new services to clients and communication in the best customer orientated fashion
  • Documentation of changes or new work that has been done

Education & Experience:

  • Possess an IT or related Degree
  • Have working knowledge of Windows and Apple technologies, basic networking and security
  • Basic experience using Office 365 suite, Server and End User Device Operating System, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO will be preferred
  • Being certified in CompTIA AppleCCNA/, ITIL or MCSA will be considered an asset

Desired Skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English 
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in an organized manner, proactively and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Be a team player
