Technical Support Officer

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support Officer for a job opportunity in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first line support to all clients via a ticketing system, telephone or email, as well as onsite
  • Escalate issues to second line support and relevant stakeholders when necessary
  • Ensuring that all client and internal IT infrastructure operates efficiently
  • Reviewing technical issues with management to provide immediate support

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma/ Degree in IT or previous experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English language.
  • Knowledge of basic technical support and troubleshooting.
