Technical Support Officer

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support Officer for a job opportunity in Malta. Being part of the Technical Support team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering day-to-day first line and second line IT support services
  • Ensuring that all client and internal IT infrastructure operates efficiently
  • Provisioning new services to clients
  • Providing support to all clients remotely, via telephone or email, as well as onsite

Education & Experience:

  • Possess an IT related degree
  • Have working knowledge of Windows Server technologies, networking and security
  • Being certified in CCNA or MCSA will be considered an asset

Desired Skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in an organized manner, proactively and with minimal supervision
