Site Reliability Engineer

Malta

Our client is looking to recruit for a DevOps Automation Engineer vacancy in Malta. Working closely with the engineering team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Automate the delivery and deployment of APIs and microservices
  • Collaborating with the DevOps team and the enterprise CICD team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues on Linux based systems
  • Research and test proof-of-concept of new technologies

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or the equivalent
  • Have excellent knowledge of Terraform, Puppet, Chef and Ansible
  • Proficient with CICD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory and GIT
  • Working experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology
