Our client, a regulatory body in Malta, is currently looking for a talented and ambitious Quality Process Analyst.
Quality Process Analyst
Reporting directly to the Chief Officer, you will be responsible to perform and review quality audits, and generate reports on the data captured, and the systems implemented. You will develop and maintain a quality management policies and procedures, prepare quality plans, and provide and implement your recommendations accordingly across multiple teams internally. You will communicate these recommendations across all body officials, and ensure that quality assurance standards are fully adhered to.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in IT, and a minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in quality management within the service industry. Working in a fast paced, and dynamic environment, you are team player who is highly motivated and holds a good command of the English language. You are meticulous in your work, and possess a strong attention to detail.
