PHP Developer

€35,000 - €40,000  |  Malta

Our client is seeking to recruit for a PHP Developer position in Malta. Working within the IT team, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining existing code, whilst writing new code according to requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with respective departments to understand requirements
  • Integrate new third-party APIs
  • Utilizing your expertise in providing solutions where necessary
  • Writing new and improved functionality
  • Continuous monitoring and bug fixing of such code
  • Documenting updates accordingly

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and PHP MVC
  • Prior experience in using Linux, Apache, MySQL and RESTful API's
  • Knowledge of Angular 6 would be considered an asset
