Online Platforms Support Specialist

Malta

Our client looking to recruit for an Online Platform Support Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional support to the internal departments on different platforms. You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing functional support for the e-banking platform
  • Testing new functionalities manually and assisting in the design of new ways to automate testing
  • Investigating issues and liaising with external suppliers to resolve them
  • Communicating issues with the business users and stakeholders

Education & Experience:

  • Education in Computer Science or any other related field
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an IT Support role
  • Exposure to QA processes (manual and automated) would be preferred
  • Experience in banking or financial industry would be considered an asset
  • Prior experience with Jira and Confluence would be advantageous

Desired Skills:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in finance and e-banking products
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
