Our client is currently seeking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Support Officer for a job opportunity in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing helpdesk support to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Monitoring and responding to any requests in a timely manner
  • Supporting day to day troubleshooting and systems backups
  • Assisting with the role of Active Directory and onboarding of new users
  • Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, peripheral equipment, cabling networks and software
  • Maintaining inventory of all equipment in all our offices


Education & Experience:

  • 1 year of previous technical experience
  • A diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
  • Knowledge of basic software updates and operating systems

Desired Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Maltese
  • Valid driving licence and own car
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
