IT Help Desk Administrator


Our client is seeking to recruit an IT Help Desk Administrator to join their team in Malta. You will be responsible for providing with first line support issues related to IT hardware and software tools. Other responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide IT support to internal departments across the company 
  • Deal with hardware and software issues
  • Provide solutions where necessary and document issues reported
  • Create, maintain, and manage users on the Active Directory 
  • Procurement of IT supplies and any further additional resources 

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in providing first line support 
  • A Diploma in IT or similar relevant qualification
  • Prior experience working within a Windows environment 

Desired Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be solutions oriented and follow a proactive approach to your work
  • Excellent level of English is required
