As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will assist the digital experience engineers with customer journeys and story-boarding as part of product development

Responsibilities

  • Research, using multiple data collection techniques, to improve user journeys and critical analysis of current processes.
  • You will be regularly assessing how the organization’s sales, marketing and service departments work together to deliver seamless customer service
  • Recording and handling of customer feedback, performing root-cause analysis and assisting departments in implementing remedial change. 
  • liaising with the learning & development function to outline customer experience training requirements.

    Requirements
     
  • A first degree in a related discipline or several years’ experience in the area
  • A flair for recognizing great, customer-centric digital experiences and technology
  • Be an empathic person with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident in performing interviews, facilitating discussions and running workshops
  • Be comfortable working with data and Excel and familiar with innovative customer acquisition and retention of best practice
  • Excellent communicate in both English and Maltese,
  • Currently living in Malta
