Client Success Specialist

Our client is looking to recruit a Client Success Specialist vacancy in Malta. Work in a team of highly dynamic professionals in the field of Fintech.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing long-lasting relationships with the key business clients
  • Understanding how company products work and their value
  • Being able to determine which clients are not using the company products to their full potential
  • Working with multiple teams to understand client needs
  • Preparing and executing rollout plans
  • Measuring, tracking, and communicating client progress with stakeholders
  • Identify and provide solutions to any issues

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in I.T., Business or similar, is preferred
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in client facing roles
