Our client is looking for a T&D Specialist to join their team. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Handle the development function within HR including training needs
- Liaise with and provide consistent support to the Hiring Managers and candidates

Handle the development function within HR including training needs analysis, training coordination and managing the company’s e-learning portal.
- Handle the entire talent acquisition process from preparation of vacancy adverts through to sourcing and screening candidates, interview management, offers and all related recruitment administration

Provide support in ad hoc projects and other HR responsibilities when required
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Being proficient in English and Maltese
- Three years of relevant local experience
- A desire to further develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced business
Education & Experience
Minimum of level 6 qualification in HR or related qualification would be an asset
