Talent and Development Specialist (South of Malta)

Our client is looking for a T&D Specialist to join their team. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Handle the development function within HR including training needs
  • Liaise with and provide consistent support to the Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Handle the development function within HR including training needs analysis, training coordination and managing the company’s e-learning portal.

  • Handle the entire talent acquisition process from preparation of vacancy adverts through to sourcing and screening candidates, interview management, offers and all related recruitment administration
  • Provide support in ad hoc projects and other HR responsibilities when required


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Being proficient in English and Maltese
  • Three years of relevant local experience
  • A desire to further develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced business

Education & Experience

Minimum of level 6 qualification in HR or related qualification would be an asset
