Talent Acquisition Specialist


A new role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is now available, reporting to the Chief People Officer, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Partnering up and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with recruitment needs
  • Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
  • Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
  • Creating and publishing job adverts on various portals
  • Screening resumes and job applications
  • Interviewing candidates for a wide range of roles
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
  • Managing work permits applications
  • Sourcing and managing apprenticeship initiatives
  • Driving Talent Acquisition initiatives through employer branding efforts

Skill-sets and Requirements

Strong written and verbal Maltese and English communication skills

Education & Experience

  • 4+ years proven experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter position in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques
