Talent Acquisition Executive

  South of Malta  |  up to €35,000 Annually 

Our client, an esteemed company in Malta is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organisation. 


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the processes and strategies

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of local experience in talent acquisition in a fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent level of written and verbal English
  • Previous experience in heavy machinery/aviation/maritime industry will be given preference
