Senior Human Resources Manager

Malta  |  €60,000 - €75,000  

Our client, who is one of the leaders in its field.  They would like to engage a Senior Manager Human Resources to join their team.

The Role

  • You will be in charge of the HR strategy, its formulation, presentation and implementation
  • The Human Resources Department tasks and responsibilities all fall under your responsibility
  • The full payroll is handled by the Human Resources Department
  • Being a unionised environment, you will be the first port of call for all relationships and negotiations
  • Training will fall under the remit of this role
  • You will manage the performance processes whilst also handling the talent acquision and retention process
  • You will manage the HR budget and ensure that all is kept on track

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Senior Management HR role
  • You will preferably have experience with Unions but not a must
  • You will be hardworking and diligent
  • Be a good Charismatic leader yet assertive where necessary
  • Understand numbers well

Education & Experience

Preferably have a tertiary degree preferably in Human Resources


Salary will be commensurate with experience
