Our client, who is one of the leaders in its field. They would like to engage a Senior Manager Human Resources to join their team.

The Role

You will be in charge of the HR strategy, its formulation, presentation and implementation
The Human Resources Department tasks and responsibilities all fall under your responsibility
The full payroll is handled by the Human Resources Department
Being a unionised environment, you will be the first port of call for all relationships and negotiations
Training will fall under the remit of this role
You will manage the performance processes whilst also handling the talent acquision and retention process
You will manage the HR budget and ensure that all is kept on track

Skill-sets and Requirements

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Senior Management HR role
You will preferably have experience with Unions but not a must
You will be hardworking and diligent
Be a good Charismatic leader yet assertive where necessary
Understand numbers well

Education & Experience

Preferably have a tertiary degree preferably in Human Resources
