Senior Human Resources Executive

€35,000 - €38,000  |  Malta

A new Senior Human Resources Executive role is now available within the manufacturing industry. Whilst working closely with the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating official company documents and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
  • Assisting departmental managers with employee relations and well-being matters
  • Monitoring, measuring and updating the Performance Management system to promote career development within the company
  • Leading the recruitment and selection process, including work permit applications
  • Analyse salaries within the market and determine a competitive compensation plan
  • Liaise closely with the Management Team to ensure the right awareness and support is provided for all team members

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within an HR capacity, ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience working within a unionised environment will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Maltese Legislation and Employment Law
