Senior HR Officer


In this position of Senior HR Officer reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will provide day to day support across the Group in relation to all areas of HR.  


  • Participating in policy and procedure development to help ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity
  • Updating current HR policies and procedures in accordance with changes in processes and regulations
  • Reviewing and updating published HR policies and procedures to identify gaps, making sure they are in line with regulations and current processes
  • Supporting with the development and upkeep of the performance management system
  • Attending one to one meetings with employees on an yearly basis
  • Maintaining employee-related databases and preparing periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested


Skills and Experience

  • First degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Well versed in Maltese employment legislation
  • Fluency In English and Maltese
  • Currently living in Malta
