Our client is looking to recruit for a Senior HR Business Partner vacancy to join their growing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling all recruitment cycle on own roles from identifying channels for promoting roles to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Collaborating with relevant Head of Departments to identify skills gap and collate appropriate job description
- Setting development plans
- Overseeing administrative HR functions related to employment and remuneration (leave, sick leave and overtime)
- Handling all employee matters including retention, incentive plans and motivation
- Coordinating the onboarding program for new employees and ensuring consistency and collaboration, promoting company vision and values
- Identifying training needs through Training Needs Analysis exercise, regular appraisals and One-to-One meetings
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with an international company
- Knowledgeable on Maltese Employment Law
- Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels
- Organised and good at project management
- Strong leadership skills to help with achieving the vision of the organization
Education & Experience
Degree in a related field would be considered a plus
