Recruitment Specialist

Our client specializing in the manufacturing industry is looking for a talent acquisition. Your roles and responsibilities:

• Supporting the company’s recruitment and selection processes and following up on new recruits in your area of responsibility including onboarding and probation processes.
• Preparing job adverts, opening vacancies and keeping organized and updated on the statuses of the various ongoing processes
• Liaising with HODs on candidate feedback and status 
• Holding responsibility for the overall interviewing process
• Monitoring and updating manpower costs within approved budgets
• Headhunting candidates directly via LinkedIn or other means of social media
• Supporting Freshers week and any other recruitment fair preparation
• Automating and visualizing reports in your area of responsibility
• Assisting in other Ad-hoc duties as necessary

Education & Experience

• Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology will be considered as an asset
