Recruitment Manager


In this position of Recruitment Manager you will design and implement talent acquisitions strategies and your responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Evaluate and improve current recruitment strategy and process
  • Review and evaluate Job profiles and Job Adverts
  • Review and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Recruit and interview for roles at all levels 
  • Have good knowledge of job boards and their impact by conducting regular reviews and constantly evaluating the success of our attraction methods
  • Work with recruitment KPIs and provide data to the organisation
  • Conduct interviews in constant collaboration with respective Managers when necessary
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Conduct onboarding and talent management initiatives

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent verbal written skills in both Maltese and English

Education & Experience

  • Solid experience in Recruitment
  • Degree Level of Education
