In this position as part of the HR Team you will design and implement talent acquisitions strategies, and have a good understanding of HR Marketing an attract top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a unique set of skills related to international recruitment, employee relations and development of global projects.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve current global recruitment strategy and process
  • Review and evaluate Job profiles and Job Adverts
  • Review and implement our Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Recruit and interview for Senior Managerial Roles
  • Manage directly a recruiter, and indirectely HRBPs responsible for recruitment ensuring the HR marketing and recruitment process is being implemented
  • Have good knowledge of job boards and their impact by conducting regular reviews and constantly evaluating the success of our attraction methods
  • Work with recruitment KPIS and provide data to the organisation
  • Ability to gather, analyse and understand data,
  • Review and implement our employer branding 
  • Deep knowledge of employer branding and formulation of EVP
  • Deep knowledge of HR Marketing and Social Media and modern attractions and recruitment methodologies
  • Understanding of psychometric testing and ability to recommend the necessary tools
  • Deep knowledge of competence based interviews and experience in conducting interviews with all levels of seniority
  • Conduct interviews in constant collaboration with respective Managers when necessary
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Connect recruitment strategy with onboarding and talent management initiatives
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements

  • Previous solid experience as a recruitment manager
  • Proven experience having worked with employer branding and HR marketing tools
  • Understanding of recruitment KPIS and use them to boost our recruitment strategy and talent acquisition
  • Good understanding of candidate recruitment market and trends
  • Understanding of Malta market would be desirable
  • Excellent verbal written skills in English
