Recruitment Executive (Junior)

Malta

As the Junior Recruitment Executive you will be reporting to the HR Manager while forming part of a small team, focusing on attracting top talent to support with company growth. Main duties are as follows:

  • Attract candidates - prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards
  • Implement recruitment initiatives
  • Screen candidates applications / resumes
  • Conduct interviews to assess the knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes of the candidate
  • Fill in posts adequately and efficiently
  • Perform the onboarding induction for newly appointed employees
  • Promote the company’s reputation
  • Provide reports to the HR Manager as needed
     

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in HR or related field is seen as preferable
  • Certificate in Maltese Employment Law is preferable
  • 1 year experience within an interviewing role is a must
  • Proficient in  MS Office software
  • Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is required (other languages are seen as an asset)
