Project Manager (Recruitment)

This is a newly created role as the company will be entering into a project with a large multinational organisation to manage all their recruitment for temporary worker positions. You will be responsible for managing this project including the initial implementation, coordination and the account management related to the recruitment lifecycle


Project Manager (Recruitment)

In this role you will be responsible for :

  • Developing a deep understanding of our client’s organization and hiring practices, and establishing a strong relationship with all the relevant stakeholders involved
  • Liaising with the client to coordinate the hiring process and to identify hiring needs
  • Coordinating, implementing, and managing various recruitment projects throughout their lifecycle, including the compiling of job descriptions & competencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting phone and video interviews, and making meaningful recommendations to candidates and the client
  • Managing vacancy applications and candidates’ information in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Advertising job openings across multiple channels and managing the communication with candidates
  • Sourcing candidates through an extensive internal candidate database as well as through job boards and other outreach initiatives as necessary
  • Creating talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future hiring needs
  • Assisting in pre-employment screening, including reference checks and performing background checks if required

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Fluency in written and spoken Greek would be a considerable asset

Education & Experience

A minimum of five years work experience with at least two years previous experience in a similar role or a client management position. Experience in recruitment is preferred
