Performance Management Officer


A role for a Performance Management Officer is now open. In this role your main duties will include:

  • Developing and monitoring of employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting outcomes
  • Administering and running of the company's performance management system
  • Coordinating and reviewing Reward Programmes to recognize, appreciate and reward employees
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure that performance measures are being maintained and communicated to the respective employees
  • Preparing information packs and documentation relating to the performance management and recognition
  • Assisting in the communication of performance outcomes and rewards

Education and Experience    

  • A Bachelor's Degree or MQF Level 6 or better in Human Resources, Business Management or comparable is preferred
  • Proven working experience of minimum of 3 years in a similar role is an asset


  • Have strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Have excellent communication skills
