People & Organisation Consultant


As a People & Organisation Consultant, forming part of the P&O Consulting team, you will be assisting clients in solving organisational issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting in the management of clients
  • Understanding client's organisational issues and developing strategies to resolve these issues
  • Supporting clients in the implementation of P&O strategies
  • Facilitating client workshops aimed at establishing solutions 
  • Being actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 
  • Training and leading staff as well as contributing to the development of the team's technical acumen 

Education and Experience

This vacancy requires: 

  • A post-graduate Degree in Human Resouce Management or a related subject
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resource/Consultation position
  • A proficient level of English - both written and spoken 


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and on own initiative
  • Capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
