One of our clients, an established accounting and audit firm with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit a People & Culture Manager to join their team. Your roles and responsibilities include:
- Designing compensation and reward programs
- Assisting and providing counsel on procedure and policy formulation
- Implementing employee welling along with team building activities
- Implementing and designing retention and recruitment strategies
- Assessing and identifying development needs
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 5 or more years of broad Human Resources Generalist experience including strategic HR plans and policy required
- Ability to deliver presentations and facilitate meetings/training sessions
- Knowledge of employment law and its appropriate application
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or other relevant field required
