People & Culture Manager


One of our clients, an established accounting and audit firm with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit a People & Culture Manager to join their team. Your roles and responsibilities include: 

  • Designing compensation and reward programs 
  • Assisting and providing counsel on procedure and policy formulation
  • Implementing employee welling along with team building activities 
  • Implementing and designing retention and recruitment strategies 
  • Assessing and identifying development needs 


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 5 or more years of broad Human Resources Generalist experience including strategic HR plans and policy required
  • Ability to deliver presentations and facilitate meetings/training sessions
  • Knowledge of employment law and its appropriate application
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or other relevant field required
