Our client is looking for a People & Culture Champion. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate employee onboarding and terminations
- Conduct new hire orientation meetings, distribute benefits information, and provide guidance to ensure that all necessary documents are received and processed in a timely manner
- Leading and managing the HR Team in the delivery of strategic people solutions aimed at supporting the organization in all people-related issues
- Following and developing on the team’s performance and competencies
- Designing, managing and leading the learning of various strategies; primarily the development strategy, feedback culture, reward and recognition, wellness strategy
and review these experiences
- Managing and creating L&D metrics and analytics to take data-based decisions
- Supporting the implementation of company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Supporting in managing the HR Budget Expense
- Generating ideas on innovative HR practices and initiatives for possible implementation
- Conducting a gap analysis exercise and formulating plans to ensure that the right skill sets are in place
- Completing any other HR Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Knowledge of Maltese employment law
- Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
- Strong communication skills in Maltese and English
Education & Experience
Have at least 2 years of solid local HR Executive experience
