People Business Partner


A new role as a People Business Partner is now available, reporting to the Senior People Business Partner your responsibilities will include: 

  • Liaise and support on all HR related matters (Administration, Onboarding & Offboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, and Development)
  • Promoting a vibrant and positive culture where people feel engaged and supported
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with and between departments
  • Finding ways to boost productivity and retention while monitoring employee satisfaction and conducting related reports
  • Participating in managing the company’s performance

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work on own initiative, effectively and efficiently

Education & Experience

  • Experience in working in a similar role is considered a must
  • Extensive and updated knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
