People and Experience Manager


A new People and Experience Manager is now available. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering strategic people solutions aimed at supporting the organisation in all people-related issues
  • Following and developing on the team’s performance and competencies
  • Designing, managing and leading various strategies; primarily the development strategy, feedback culture, reward and recognition, wellness strategy and review these experiences
  • Supporting the implementation of company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Generating ideas on innovative CSR initiatives for possible implementation

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Maltese is a must
  • Able to work on own initiative

Education & Experience

  • Degree level of education in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within the HR field
