Payroll Secretary

We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Payroll Secretary to join our growing team at Payroll Malta. You will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager and your duties will include:

• Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients
• Migrations and parallel runs
• Adhoc Reporting
• Jobsplus Management 
• Leave Management
• Time & Attendance
• Issuing invoices
• Processing Salary Payments
• Processing FS5 Payments

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and written and spoken English
• A genuine passion for Payroll and a remarkable aptitude for mathematics and logical reasoning

Education & Experience

• An A’ Level or Diploma standard of education
• Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge in Maltese employment law will be considered an asset
• Professional proficiency in excel is a must
