Payroll & Reporting Specialist (Maternity Cover for 14 months)


Our client operating in the FMCG industry is looking for a Payroll & Reporting Specialist to join for a definite period of 14 months. In this role you will be assisting the HR & Legal Manager in the day-to-day running of the department.

  • Managing the internal payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, and responding to employee payroll-related queries.
  • Updating the relevant HR systems and preparing reports that will help the company reach informed decisions based on HR analytics. Such reports may be drawn up both upon request of management, and proactively. 
  • Generating of reports using Excel

The position holder is directly subordinate to the HR & Legal Manager.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00hrs, Longer hours may be required.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Good knowledge of payroll principles and related laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and generating reports using Excel
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language, understanding of Italian would be a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
