Payroll Officer


Our client is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:


  • Enrolling and registration of clients employees 
  • Maintaining all employee data
  • Calculating and processing the payroll 
  • Sending payslips electronically or otherwise
  • Process Clients' returns and remuneration statements as well as Maternity Fund Claims
  • Be able to advise clients on generic employment matters; such as: entitlements and contributions depending on employment type

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years local experience working within a payroll processing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Someone who is organised
  • Someone who enjoys working in a team

Education & Experience

  • Hold a minimum of an A-Level standard of education
  • Any related courses or diplomas will be considered an asset.
