Payroll Manager

Malta  |  up to €25,000 

Our client, a local renowned CSP is looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their growing dynamic team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the payroll function for a portfolio of clients
  • Handling and assisting clients with any related payroll queries
  • Ensuring accuracy in the issuing of payslips and FSS submissions and that these are done in a timely manner and in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Proposing and re assessing improvements to systems and processes when required
  • Assisting other team members and reviewing their work where necessary
  •  Identifying opportunities for growth

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum 3 years’ experience working within a similar environment
  • Possess an excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Possess good interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

A minimum O-Level standard of education
