Payroll & HR Administrator

€20,000 - €21,000  |  Malta

Our client is a well know group of companies. They are currently looking to recruit a Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely wages & salaries
  • Upload payroll related payment files and issuing cheques
  • Liaise with subsidiary companies on staff movements related to payroll
  • Submit payroll and related government reports in a timely manner
  • Respond to staff's payroll queries
  • Maintain and update payroll documentation
  • Assist in HR Administration

Experience & Education:

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous working experience in a payroll environment is a must
  • Experience with Shireburn Indigo Payroll Software would be considered a strong asset
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations
  • Human Resources experience is considered advantageous

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver with strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
