Our client, a leading CSP is seeking to recruit a Payroll Executive to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Preparing payroll for a portfolio of candidates including collecting data from timesheets and rosters whilst inputting data on the payroll software
- Determining tax obligations by calculating taxes and Social Security contributions and liaising with the tax department where necessary
- Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;
- Carrying out due diligence/KYC checks for payroll clients
- Assisting in GDPR related matters relating to Employee Data
- Keeping abreast of new regulations and updates related to payroll
- Assisting clients with the onboarding and offboarding process of their employees
- Ensuring proper filing of documentation;
- Any other duties which may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Minimum two years working experience within client payroll
- Excellent team player with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Possess good knowledge of payroll software tools and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Education & Experience
A minimum A-Level standard of education
