Payroll Coordinator

Malta  |  €21,000 - €24,000 

As a Payroll Officer working with a well-established company within the airline industry, your duties will include:

  • Assisting in payroll calculation, throughout the whole process, on a monthly basis
  • Assisting employees with any payroll-related queries
  • Liaising with the Commissioner for Revenue in relation to monthly and annual submissions within stipulated deadlines
  •  Assisting in the preparation of audit schedules and work closely with the auditors to ensure the completion of a timely audit

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll systems and database software.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills are mandatory
  • Good work ethic and able to maintain confidentiality

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience working in payroll administration is required
  • Candidates with relevant payroll qualifications will be given priority
