Payroll Clerk

Malta  |  €18,000 - €21,000 

One of our clients, is looking to recruit a Payroll Clerk to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • The collection of information from rosters and timetables for inputting purposes on a weekly basis
  • Preparation and issuing of cheques
  • Preparation of employee contracts 
  • Registration of on-boarding of employees and termination, and registration onto the payroll software 
  • Application for work permits 
  • Any other ad hoc duties provided by the Finance Managers

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Maltese
  • Team Player and ready to assist others to ensure strict deadlines are met
  • Flexible and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision

Education & Experience

  • At least 1 years experience in a similar role
  • O’Level Qualification
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity on Shireburn Indigo would be considered an asset
