Payroll Administrator

Malta

One of our clients, a corporate services organisation with a strong international presence, are currently looking to recruit for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.  Reporting to one of the business partners, the role will focus on supporting the management of payroll for a portfolio of clients,  

Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting in managing the clients monthly payroll
  • Preparation of engagement and termination forms
  • Assisting with the registration of new clients with IRD and Jobsplus.
  • Ongoing maintenance of clients payroll files
  • Completing employment related forms on behalf of clients

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of an 'A' level standard of education.  
  • A minimum of a years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience of Shireburn and/or Indigo would be considered advantageous

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English & Maltese
  • Able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.  
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Proactive attitude towards work
