Payroll Administrator (Part-time)

  South of Malta  |  €10,000 - €13,000 Annually 

Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on Part time basis (20 hours a week). 

Main duties include :

  • Inputting of time and attendance data.
  • Investigating any significant discrepancies in time and attendance according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Processing all approved pre- and post-tax payroll adjustments to employee base wages.
  • Processing and finalizing periodic payrolls.
  • Submitting all local filings to the Inland Revenue.
  • Preparing payments for authorization.
  • Addressing employee pay-related concerns and providing accurate payroll information.
  • Providing support to other finance departments when needed.


  • Previous Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience

  • O Level Standard in both Maths and English
