Organizational Development Specialist


Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry, is currently looking for an Organizational Development Specialist. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating Learning and Development and/or Organisation Development initiatives for employees and managers 
  • Liasing with internal departments and  teams to help them transform the way they work through technology, process simplification and ways of working, in order to deliver new outcomes
  • Leading L&OD interventions to bring about changes including culture change initiatives, team ways of working sessions, leadership, and management interventions
  • Understanding the needs of others and design agile and bespoke solutions that meet stakeholders needs and organisational needs

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a subject related to the role (ex. HR, management, etc.
  • 5 years+ working experience in a similar role or in Experience in Company transformation projects and in OD tools & Interventions
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a must
