Learning and Development Executive - People and Culture


Our client is seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Executive - People and Culture

Being a member of the People and Culture team the successful candidate’s primary focus shall be to spearhead Learning and Development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Carry out proper training needs analysis for each service line together with a list of devised learning options
  • Orientation and induction training of new joiners on a regular basis
  • Organize internal learning for both technical matters as well as personal development matters
  • Measures learning and development retention and determine learning outcomes for each initiative 
  • Generates new ideas about learning and development
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to advertise the firm’s learning portfolio
  • Contributes to the interns training program and takes responsibility for its execution
  • Submits EU funding applications, reimbursement documentation and other documentation required for the successful acceptance of grants
  • Performs other duties for People and Culture
  • Understands how a successful learning and development function contributes to Employee net promoter score, Engagement index, People experience index and psychological safety index

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficient in Ms Office tools
  • Familiar with common virtual learning tools
  • Proficient in English and Maltese language oral and written
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Passionate about learning and development and willing to keep learning and share knowledge

Education & Experience

Degree level of education in Human Resource Management, Learning and Development and Organisational Psychology
