Junior HR Coordinator

  Central Malta  |  €18,000 - €20,000  

Our client is looking for a Junior HR Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring all staff adhere to company rules and regulations
  • Liaising with HR executives with regard to daily work
  • Issuing HR letters and employment documentation
  • Collecting post-employment forms 
  • Updating HR profiles on the database
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments with employees
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Attending interviews and sending job offers to applicants
  • Performing any other Ad-hoc duties as re

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Maltese language is a must

Education & Experience

Knowledge of Maltese legislation related to employment practices would be beneficial
