Human Resources Specialist (Remote Working Optional)

Then this might be the suitable vacancy for you to further your career in Human Resources. Your job as Human Resources Specialist will be to:

  • Assisting and supporting in day to day employee matters
  • Handling the recruitment process and the on-boarding experience of all team members
  • Identify training needs and handle any training coordination
  • Participating and/or leading in disciplinary hearings and meetings
  • Being active in HR initiatives such as careers/recruitment fairs and all in-house events including coordination
  • Support in development and delivery of HR events, wellbeing programs and reward & recognition initiatives
  • Managing HR budgets
  • Generating and executing ideas for HR and employer branding initiatives
  • Assisting and supporting management in ad-hoc tasks such as reporting exercises as the need arises.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative position
  • Experience working on employer branding projects is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Maltese Legislation and Employment Law
  • Accountable with a hands-on approach to work and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Professional level of English is a must
  • Multitasker with Attention to Details

Education & Experience

  • A Diploma/Degree in Psychology, HR Management and Training and Development will be given preference
  • Certificate in Employment Law is preferred
