Our client is one of the leading companies in Malta. They would like to take on board a Human Resources Manager;
The Role
- Contribute to existing and new HR Strategies and Procedures such as grievance procedures, performance management and disciplinary actions
- Ensure HR practices are fairly applied and act as support to employee issues to establish and maintain well-grounded employee relations
- Champion reward activities and internal HR processes such as Talent and Pay reviews
- Manage Recruitment and Engagement Planning along with departmental managers
- Identify and support Organisational Development and Change Management
- Support and Coach in each step of the performance and talent management
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Have the skill to create relationships
- Experience in a similar role is necessary
- Preferably certified with the Maltese Employment Law Course with a solid knowledge of employment legislation
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or other related areas are considered as an asset
