Human Resources Manager

Malta  |  €40,000 - €45,000 

Our client is one of the leading companies in Malta.  They would like to take on board a Human Resources Manager;

The Role

  • Contribute to existing and new HR Strategies and Procedures such as grievance procedures, performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure HR practices are fairly applied and act as support to employee issues to establish and maintain well-grounded employee relations
  • Champion reward activities and internal HR processes such as Talent and Pay reviews
  • Manage Recruitment and Engagement Planning along with departmental managers 
  • Identify and support Organisational Development and Change Management
  • Support and Coach in each step of the performance and talent management

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Have the skill to create relationships
  • Experience in a similar role is necessary
  • Preferably certified with the Maltese Employment Law Course with a solid knowledge of employment legislation

Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or other related areas are considered as an asset
