Human Resources Manager

Malta  |  €28,000 - €34,000 

Our client operates as a Group of Companies.  As they are diversifying their portfolio, they would like to employ a Human Resources Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

  • Work closely to the HR Director
  • Draft policies, practices and procedures and ensure that they are being adhered to
  • Assist in the whole recruitment process
  • Draft job descriptions and handle accordingly 
  • Prepare the Group's Payroll
  • Organise staff events
  • Be the first point of reference for all employees
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are adhered to
  • Manage the the necessary administrative tasks related to Human Resources

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Be conversant with employment law
  • Possess strong communications skills
  • Can think strategically
  • Have a good knowledge on GDPR
  • Have attention to detail

Education & Experience

Preferably have a related qualification


Salary is dependent on experience held
